Relocasa operates as an online marketplace that connects individuals seeking to relocate to Spain with independent, licensed Spanish lawyers (abogados) and legal service providers.

Through our platform, we provide: an eligibility assessment tool, a directory of legal experts, a consultation booking system, a document collection workflow, and payment facilitation services.

Relocasa itself is a platform operator and marketplace. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent any government authority.

All legal services — including immigration advice, document preparation, visa applications, and legal representation — are provided exclusively by independent, licensed Spanish lawyers who are registered with the relevant Spanish bar association (Colegio Profesional).

Relocasa is not a law firm. We do not employ lawyers, we do not hold ourselves out as providing legal services, and we do not control or supervise the legal work performed by the lawyers on our platform.

Each lawyer on our platform is engaged by you directly as an independent service provider. Relocasa's role is limited to facilitating the connection and managing the platform infrastructure.

Decisions on visa applications, residency permits, and any other immigration-related outcomes are made solely by the relevant Spanish government authorities (e.g., Instituto de Emigrantes y Asuntos Extranjeros, Oficina de Extranjería).

Relocasa and the lawyers on our platform cannot guarantee any particular outcome, timeline, or approval of any application.

Any information provided by our eligibility checker, our experts, or on our website is indicative and does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of eligibility.

Payments for services are processed through Stripe, our payment service provider.

When you purchase a service package or consultation, the payment terms and instalment schedule are as follows:

Relocasa's liability is limited to the service fee paid for use of the platform.

In no circumstances shall Relocasa be liable for:

• •Any acts or omissions of the lawyers or other service providers on our platform.
• •Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Relocasa is not a law firm and accepts no liability for any legal advice, representation, or service provided by the lawyers on our platform.
